General Information
Marlborough’s River Queen is moored in Riverside Park,
two minutes’ walk from the centre of Blenheim. She was
purpose-built about 7 years ago to operate on the
Opawa River. Although some 35 tonnes she only has a
draft of 18 inches – the river is quite shallow in some
places! The River Queen is a spacious vessel: she is
licensed to carry 100 passengers plus crew.
